Virtual Yoga Class with Holistic Wellness Expert Stephanie Moore

Join Stephenie once a month for an all-levels yoga class that will introduce you to the basics of yoga and help you calm the mind, reduce stress, and incorporate breath and meditative presence. Have with you a journal, towel, and bottle of water. Participation for attendees is free and funded through Dr. Bojdani’s nonprofit organization.

Availing herself to her background in psychospiritual therapy, Stephanie weaves thought-provoking manifestations throughout her classes, applying spiritually guided wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and understandable way. She encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self, citing the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and to the universe at large. Join Matthew once a month for an all-levels physical activity class in Central Park in New York City. The class will introduce you to the basics of body fitness and help you release tension and stress through a walk in the park. Wear your walking sneakers, comfortable clothing, and bring a bottle of water. Participation for attendees is free and funded through Dr. Bojdani’s nonprofit organization.

Matthew Cusick

Matthew’s journey began in the dynamic world of gymnastics, where his passion for fitness was ignited at a young age. Competing in USAG age-group levels until the age of 17, he later shifted his focus towards coaching upper-level girls in gymnastics, dedicating 13 years to honing their skills. Alongside his coaching endeavors, Matthew remained committed to his personal fitness and health, devoting himself to intense workouts at the gym five times a week. In 2000, he obtained his personal trainer certification, further expanding his expertise in the realm of fitness. Seeking to once again showcase his acrobatic abilities in front of an audience, Matthew audaciously auditioned for Cirque du Soleil in 2002 and was successfully hired as a performer, skillfully blending his gymnastics background with his acquired fitness gains. Relocating to the vibrant city of New York in 2004, he has since wholeheartedly dedicated himself to training clients from diverse backgrounds. Matthew’s clientele spans a wide spectrum, ranging from individuals aspiring to build muscle and increase size, to those striving to maintain an active and fit lifestyle. Moreover, he extends his expertise to senior clients, empowering them to remain active, mobile, and independent through tailored exercise programs.
